The Story and The Storyteller

This is the story of a storyteller
who retells the stories of other
storytellers that retell the
stories told by storytellers
that retell the stories told
by storytellers.

Each storyteller has a story to tell
Each story has a storyteller to tell its story,
in such a cyclical affair,
the story’s become the storytellers and
the storytellers become the stories to tell.

Every action and/or event qualifies as
a story. And while every action and/or
event may not be the most interesting
or relevant story ever told, each of these
stories are indeed stories, for they
each possess the credentials required
for a storyteller to tell.

Every person who relates a story however,
does not automatically entitle that
person to advertise that they are indeed
a storyteller.

There are necessary traits needed in order
to be more than simply a man or woman that
speaks about story.

Hopefully, for the sake of the story, this
important story shall be retold, for without
the storyteller, stories are, but stories.

Hopefully, for the sake of the storyteller, this
important story regarding storytellers is retold
properly. For the storyteller is nothing without
a story to tell.

Long story short
story long story
short story long

This is not the story of the storyteller,
but in fact, this is the story of a storyteller
who retells the stories of other
storytellers that retell the
stories told by storytellers
retelling the stories told
by other storytellers that retell story.

The story of the storyteller is another
story for another storyteller, the type that
retell the stories about stories that retell
the stories of storytellers.

I'm a poet and aspiring screenwriter/songwriter with a passion for film, art, photography, philosophy and heavy metal. I love reading, mainly non-fiction, comic books, graphic novels, myth and reference. Family always comes first for me. I'm a proud father to two wonderful pups and two curious cats. I'm also a glutton for punishment aka the life of being a diehard Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan.
